When we welcome you back to our resorts and hotels, you can be certain we are committed to providing you with a safe environment in which to enjoy your holiday.
CLC World has launched SafeHands, a health and safety initiative, which promotes exceptional standards of cleanliness in a bid to defeat Covid-19.
Designed in consultation with local, regional and international health authorities, our SafeHands protocols provide the highest possible protection levels for you and our team members. We will actively monitor and evolve these protocols, so you can be confident our focus is on your and our teams’ health and safety.
Check-in protocols are in place to reduce contact levels. All guests will find individual, detailed pre-arrival information in their confirmation email or on the specific resort website.
Additional hand sanitising dispensers will be available throughout the resorts. Enhanced and more frequent cleaning protocols remain in place for areas such as the lobby, fitness centres, pools and all other high contact zones.
Enhanced cleaning practices have been implemented which include the use of hospital-grade, disinfectant products. A room seal will be in place to indicate that your accommodation has not been accessed since being cleaned and inspected. Certain, purely aesthetic, items which have previously featured in rooms may have been removed to reduce contact points.
The capacity and layouts within bars and restaurants have been adjusted to ensure physical distancing and new buffet concepts, where relevant, are in place. Additional sanitising of tables and chairs between guests. Cutlery items will be sealed for use and condiments will be supplied upon request.
Sunbeds will be distributed to ensure physical distancing, with equipment made available to facilitate sanitisation between users. The number of people in the pool at any one time will be controlled as required. The vast majority of CLC World’s accommodation allows guests the flexibility to also use their private sun terraces.
On-property signage reiterating physical distancing guidelines are in place. Public areas including restaurants and bars have been reorganised to ensure distancing can be practiced and SafeHands cleaning protocols can be followed.
Electrostatic sprayers and/or disinfecting fogger machines have been introduced to sanitise surfaces. These machines rapidly clean and disinfect entire areas such as guest rooms, lobbies, gyms and pool areas.
All team members are trained and have been certified to help safeguard your health and their own. Workplace protocols have been enhanced and daily employee health monitoring is in place.
Health authority approved disinfectant products are being used throughout our resorts and hotels worldwide.
